The best way to reach me is email. I read everything that arrives and reply to most of it, usually within a week — faster for anything time-sensitive.
Things I am glad to hear about: technical questions on the topics I write about, mentoring and career conversations with engineers earlier in their career, speaking or writing invitations, feedback or corrections on any post here, and collaboration on backend or developer-tooling work.
Things I will not reply to: recruiting outreach that has not read this site, bulk marketing, link-exchange or guest-post requests, and anything asking me to speak on behalf of my employer.
